ALL sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. If you have a question about an item, please call the store for more information, or send us a message. The only exception is if you have something personalized and Jojo's Boutique is at fault for a mistake on that personalization and it cannot be fixed.
All items that require personalization may take up to 2 weeks before being shipped. We strive for immediate delivery but be advised when the season is busy, a delay could take place. Please call the store for better delivery times.
